Alexa now works with 20,000 devices

Amazon it’s showing that it’s possible to create an ecosystem from scratch and drive partners sign up at the speed of light when it’s about real value creation and their Alexa seems to score a great success with consumers around the world.

One question we should pose ourselves though is whereby the speed at which Alexa spreads is a positive trend for consumers or just another privacy threat. Should we give Alexa the benefit of the doubt before asserting that it’s not privacy friendly?
