Business Development Manager

Reporting to the company CEO and founder, the Business Development Manager mission will be to improve company market position and achieve financial growth; define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Compensation: Market competitive salary [fixed + variable + equity incentive participation scheme]

Location: Dublin head-office (Ireland)

Start Date: Sept 1, 2017


Skills and Qualifications:

The candidate we are looking for, should meet the following requirements.

  • Proven working¬†experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience in product management a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English, a second European language a plus (German/French)
  • Data driven Business Models knowledge
  • Telco and Digital Industry network reach (Europe primarily)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation¬†skills
  • Ability to build relationship with new customers
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships, adapt to a changing competitive environment
  • Time management and planning skills
  • MBA or M.Sc. from top-tier schools (engineering background a plus)
  • Flexible in travel (Europe) and working hours (Europe/US)
